The Microliposculpture Laser (LipoLaser) is performed by inserting the optical fiber through tiny incisions with a length of 2-3 mm.
The energy emitted by the laser is used to melt the fat cells so they can be more easily removed from the treated areas.
The action of the laser, and thanks to the heat energy developed, causes a retraction of the skin which is thus tensioned drastically reducing the risk of sagging of the areas in which the fat has been removed.
After the step of lipolysis so the dissolved fat can be easily aspirated through the same micro-incisions where the laser fiber was introduced.
Once you eliminated the excess fat, the laser fiber is introduced again to stimulate the retraction of the skin further.
